Eligibility Criteria for HSE Global Scholarship 2023:
To be allowed for this award, applicants need to meet the following standards:
- International (non-Russian) citizens, stateless persons, or Russian nationals living abroad are allowed to apply.
- Applicants should be enrolled in either grades 10-11 of high schools for 11-year programs or grades 11-12 for 12-year programs.
- International high school graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- All candidates should be under 30 years-old.
